You will be responsible for the growth and delivery of time and materials staffing in Energy sector predominantly wind and energy for new and existing customers. There will be a mix of winning and managing your own customers and recruiting for the Segula UK team from the UK market and also transfer of staff from other group entities. There is potential for development into sales of engineering work packages and growth of a recruitment team.
For business development, you will build a strategy for developing the business, win new business and manage accounts, this may include overseeing your staff onsite at customers. This also requires RFQ discussions with customers, bid writing, and CRM management as well as status reporting.
For recruitment, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment life cycle and developing talent pools, reporting weekly KPIs and building our brand awareness from a recruitment perspective. Experienced in using multiple avenues and platforms to find candidates, you will also have an exisiting network to draw upon.
To be successful in this role, you will have an energy sector background with a strong network. You will be proficient in using applicant tracking systems (SmartRecruiters) and main office programs (e.g. Microsoft Office products). Behavioral interviewing is one of your core expertise. Preferably, you are degree educated.
It'll be advantageous if you have recruitment experience - be it from an agency or in-house experience.
Additionally, you'll be a self-starter with a can-do attitude, paired with an energetic and enthusiastic approach. Excellent oral and written communication skills for both client and applicant.
