About the role:

We are looking for a Brand Marketing Manager, this role will report directly to the Director of Marketing Strategy and will be responsible for rolling out the brand strategy in the market, ensuring brand consistency and leading the marketing campaigns.

You will:

  • Develop and rollout of the marketing strategy in order to help achieve the Communications and Sales objectives
  • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, CRM, social media and display advertising campaigns
  • Design, build and maintain our social media presence
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners. Run RFP processes to select agency partners and onboard and manage these teams to ensure high-quality outputs
  • Brainstorm and execute creative growth strategies
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against established goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on these insights
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
  • Evaluate and improve end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and touchpoints
  • Ensure the Wallbox brand is consistently and effectively communicated according to the global guidelines
  • Manage and set processes effectively with the internal team, stakeholders and external agencies
  • Ensure the quality of the delivered projects and campaigns
  • Supervise the creation of creative assets, following the brand identity, look & feel and tone of voice

Requirements:

  • BS/MS degree in Marketing or a related field
  • Proven experience +5 years experience as Brand Marketing Manager or similar role
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
