We are seeking a highly resourceful and organized team-player with an upbeat, take-charge personality to fill the role of Project Manager in our operations center in Nantes. This person will be efficient and effective in project management.

Role

The Project Manager will be part of project management team and as such will be responsible for project oversight and project management.

Project Manager duties and responsibilities

  • Manage multiple projects concurrently from start to finish;
  • Approve hourly staff records (e.g. times, description of work, etc.) to be communicated with the client;
  • Perform billing of for projects according to contracts and customer requirements;
  • Send invoices to clients ensuring they are accepted for internal approval within the established payment deadlines;
  • Provide technical and organizational direction for the development of the project from the definition phase, through the implementation and completion. Project manager will work to guarantee successful completion (e.g. ensuring the execution of the project meeting deadlines ("on time"), the scope of work to be performed ("on scope"), high-quality standards ("on quality") and budgets of costs and income ("on a budget");
  • Manage the interaction with the client and their expectations in relation to the project’s execution and result; develop long-lasting relationships to ensure continued collaboration;
  • Perform regular meetings effectively with clients and the team;
  • Prepare and update the project plan and coordinate the teams’ work together with the Site Manager and the Planning Manager;
  • Monitor and assess the progress and state of ongoing work together with the Site Manager and the remaining project team staff;
  • Allocate tasks to the proper resources;
  • Ensure compliance with the project’s planned budget;
  • Verify and validate the work performed by the teams;
  • Coordinate the project's team mobility needs along with Logistics and Human Resources staff;
  • Suggest internal process improvement along with possible solutions;
  • Manage the team’s development, ensuring that project tasks are in accordance with each employee’s career interests when possible;
  • Search for information about the risks to which the project team is exposed in each task, and ensure that this information on occupational health and safety is shared with the whole team.
  • Ensure the team complies with safety instructions provided by Endiprev, its clients or other legal or normative requirements in the industry;
  • Comply with safety rules and procedures established by Endiprev and/or by clients.

Qualifications/Skills/Requirements

  • Degree in Electric or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent;
  • Experience in wind industry will be an advantage;
  • Solution-oriented, flexible, cooperative and communicative at all levels;
  • Good understanding of contractual aspects;
  • English: Minimum level – B2 (according to CECR classification). This requirement will be assessed during the recruitment process;
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point);
  • Knowledge of ERP SAGE X3 will be an advantage;
  • Personal attributes;

  • Ability to remain calm under pressure;
  • Pragmatic approach to solve problems;
  • Ability to deliver high quality work within compressed timelines;

  • Comfortable with general office tasks.
