As an interface function within our Investment Team, you are the contact person for contractual onshore wind topics across the department.
You will advise and support the investment team during the acquisition/origination phase on onshore wind projects in the preparation of offers, internal approvals and contract negotiations;
You will drive of the entire contract and negotiation process for onshore wind projects, in particular the Turbine Supply Agreement and other construction/supply agreements and have a genuine understanding of their technical appendices and market standards;
You will be delivering high level executive management support and analyses on wind technology markets pricing, customer intelligence and other strategic topics;
Drafting decision documents for strategic decisions made by the Supervisory Board;
Development and revision of the business-wide standards for contract and calculation reviews as well as for risk management in the origination phase;
You remain close to our wind technology suppliers and will be responsible for establishing and developing our supplier relationships;
Ensure effective cross-functional collaboration within a matrix organization and across group functions.
University Degree in relevant technical or commercial field with international experience;
Extensive work experience as Commercial and/or Contract Manager within the renewable energy markets, especially onshore wind;
Skilled negotiator on professional and interpersonal level;
Focus on the bigger picture as well as an eye for details;
Fluency in Business English, additional European language (German, Spanish, Portuguese, Scandinavian) is a plus;
Entrepreneurial spirit and a strong desire to achieve results.
