How will you make a difference in Better Energy?
As our Junior Analyst, your role will be centered around creating and maintaining electricity price databases, analysing various off-take scenarios, conducting energy market analyses, and assisting in managing the obligations of our Power Purchase Agreements.
A typical week for you could very well look something like this:
- Creating and maintaining electricity price curves and capture values for solar assets;
- Analysing and evaluating different off-take scenarios and presenting the possibilities to the rest of the team;
- Creating energy market analyses of our core markets and potential new markets;
- Keeping track of and managing the obligations in our PPAs;
- Preparing presentations for potential PPA off-takers;
- Helping your department with various ad hoc tasks.

The ideal candidate also has:
- Either one year left on a relevant bachelor's degree or has just started on a relevant master's degree;
- Excellent Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills;
- Interest in building and programming models for analysing power market changes;
- Professional proficiency in English and Danish;
- Some degree of knowledge about the energy industry or an eagerness to learn about it quickly.
