Under the management of the PPA Sales Manager in the UK, you will have the following responsibilities:
Identify, assess, and develop onsite and offsite PPA opportunities with major energy users in the UK;
Participate to the structuring and delivery of the UK power sales business development strategy in coordination with the regional PPA Sales Manager, Marketing and Power Sales Business development teams and UK Country Manager;
Identify business needs and objectives of corporate buyers;
Coordinate and lead offers writing and support contract’s redaction for Power Purchase Agreements (PPA);
Support structuring and negotiation of commercial agreements, including but not limited to PPAs.
Identify, structure and secure route physical route to market agreements
Evaluate and analyze the pricing and contractual terms of PPAs
Manage handover of PPA documentation to ASIF and Asset Owner to support transition of asset management and finance respectively.
Business school or Engineering/Economics Masters degree
Interest for the energy, commodity industry and business development
Excellent project management skills
Proficient in MS Excel (VBA, Pivot Tables, SQL), Word and Power Point
Highly effective verbal and written skills in English and another language (ideally, French, Spanish, Italian).
At least 3-5 years of experience in the energy market, the knowledge of renewable energy market is preferable
Curious, self-motivated, responsible, creative, strategic, analytical, organizational and personal sales skills required
Autonomous leader with proven ability to set priorities, unite and manage a team of colleagues
Negotiation skills with ability to influence and convince
