JOB PURPOSE
Main responsibility of the Governance, Training & Communication Leader is to lead CHC’s co-ordination of CHC’s non-financial reporting, lead sustainability communications (int. & ext.) and develop training & engagement programme for internal employees.
MAIN RESPONSABILITIES
Your job will be to coordinate people and processes to ensure that the Sustainability Strategy is monitored, communicated and employees are trained.
You will be the go-to person for everything involving:
- Co-ordination of governance and monitoring of the implementation of CHC’s sustainability strategy including internal & external reporting;
- Development and execution of the CHC’s sustainability communication strategy (internal & external);
- Develop internal capabilities through cross functional training and engagement programs.
You will be required to:
- Be the central Liaison of the Sustainability Team: Establish systems, structures, and processes to facilitate effective flows of information. Coordination of data gathering with key internal stakeholders and resources;
- Report and escalate to management as needed. Measure and monitor progress and key milestones of the sustainability strategy. Identify, manage, and escalate risks in the deliverables.
ABOUT YOU
Education:
- Bachelors’ degree environment/social responsibility/communications.
Skills/Experience:
- 5 years’ experience in the life sciences industry/Corporate Social Responsibility/communications;
- Demonstrated understanding of Sanofi organization, business, and external environment;
- Experience in governance & monitoring (including non-financial/ESG reporting);
- Experience in developing and executing employee engagement & training programs.
Organisational skills:
- Excellent ability to multi-task and consolidate an expansive array of topics and stakeholders;
- High attention to detail.
Communication:
- Excellent communication skills written, verbal and presentation skills;
- Exceptional people person with strong influential skills;
