Have an outstanding entrepreneurial approach and work autonomously to deliver commercial proposals to global decision makers across the Energy-EV ecosystem
Support the development of new and existing business opportunities ensuring market competitiveness, value to the customer and contract value to Wallbox in the short and long term
Have a portfolio projects using market research, customer needs and competitor analyses to build successful go-to-market strategies, pricing policies and commercial propositions
Develop Commercial Products to set up complex business development deals for success, including use cases, business cases, cost-benefit analyses, and value propositions (both internal and customer facing)
Have a good understanding of the Electric Vehicle industry, working with partners to accelerate the transition to EV, realise new opportunities together and bring long term value to Wallbox
Report back to and collaborate with the Head of Energy & Utilities on accelerating sales channels and go-to-market strategies through innovative commercial propositions, bundles and packages.
Develop commercial products for Energy Use Cases including Solar PV, TOU tariffs, Green Energy tariffs, Fleet Reimbursement, Installations, Public Charging, Energy Management, V2X (V2G, V2H, V2B), Automotive and Utilities.
Bring commercial products to market collaborating with multiple stakeholders across Product, Marketing, Business Strategy, Legal and the wider Sales & International Key Accounts teams
Support commercial discussions in the partner lifecycle and complex accounts from defining contract terms and negotiation, proposition development, go-to-market launch, growing revenue and future profitability
Manage daily activities in the company systems being proficient in Salesforce and Scratchpad
Requirements
5+ years professional experience, including some in a startup or equivalent environment is essential
At least 1-2 years as a Commercial Manager/Analyst or equivalent position is essential
Experience in Smart Energy sector or Low Carbon Technologies is essential
Around 1-2 years of experience in Business Development or an equivalent sales position, is preferable
Experience in Strategy: business consulting, strategy development, market analysis is also desirable
Knowledge of electric vehicles (EVs) is essential, the wider energy market and energy systems is a bonus
Strong business acumen and communication skills, ability to deal with range of business stakeholders across problem solving and negotiation scenarios
Data-driven commercial mindset - simply said, be good with numbers!
Ability to work in a fast-pace and changing environment
Fluent in English is essential and one other European language is a bonus (German, French, Spanish or Italian)
