About the role:

The Senior Marketing Manager DACH is responsible for all marketing initiatives to support Wallbox local sales operations and channel partners to increase their funnel and support local initiatives. This includes the positioning of the Wallbox brand and product portfolio, driving pipeline through adaptation and execution of marketing campaigns, organizing and attending sector events, and leading the field channel marketing activities.

This position works in close collaboration with the Sales Team in the DACH region. Projects will be implemented in a broad range of sales channels and verticals, both in the online and offline environment, through a variety of business partners and customers.

The successful candidate will develop a deep understanding of the countries, its most relevant channels and its shoppers, leveraging the insights and applying that knowledge to deliver relevant marketing solutions that help us break usage barriers, accelerate the sales cycle and increase our market share.

This person will also manage Wallbox’s visibility at events, trade-shows, third party showrooms, etc, while ensuring full coordination and compliance with the Global Marketing and Brand Teams. This position will be based in Munchen (DE), with travel required to meet customers or provide support in the implementation of different projects.

You will:

  • Manage local Marketing programs and campaigns to enable partners to accelerate their sales cycle;
  • Customer management, involving pitch presentations, recurrent meetings or MDF allocation among others;
  • Work together with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Design and different vendor partners to develop point of sales materials and enable successful program executions;
  • Adaptation and deployment of channel marketing programs and campaigns, with special focus on ROI metrics;
  • Ensure that all marketing collaterals fulfill the brief and are perfectly consistent with our brand guidelines;
  • Actively seek out opportunities by providing relevant tools, answering customer pain points and influencing key decision makers.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of relevant work experience (Marketing, Trade Marketing, Channel Marketing, Sales, Business Development);
  • Degree in Economy, Business Management, Engineering or similar;
  • Analytical and structured thinking, experienced in managing retail programs and measurable results;
  • Experience managing accounts;
  • Able to provide graphic examples of previous projects managed by her/him;
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines at once;
  • Native German and fluent in English;
  • Strong interpersonal skills;
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, self-starter and capable of working autonomously;
  • Experience working with Salesforce (CRM) is a plus;
  • Previous experience working in the B2B Industry, Automotive, Home Appliances, Consumer Electronics or similar is a plus.
