Overview:

ServiceNow is committed to sustainability and has publicly committed to achieving Net Zero GHG emissions by 2030, twenty years ahead of the deadline called out in the Paris Climate Accord. Initiatives include investing in various green tech projects, setting company-wide environmental targets, engaging our supply base in the path to Net Zero and driving reductions in greenhouse emissions, energy use, water use, and waste generation.

The program analyst reports to ServiceNow’s Senior Manager of Environmental Sustainability (ES), and will manage the collection of data and statistical analysis of ES indicators to determine their effectiveness and progress toward corporate goals and objectives.

This role will be responsible for supporting ServiceNow to meet our corporate sustainability commitments:

  • Continuing to achieve 100% Renewable electricity
  • Science Based targets
  • Supplier engagement
  • Net Zero by 2030

What you get to do in this role:

  • Support the data collection and validation required for the ES and ESG team working primarily on carbon and energy related emissions
  • Collaborating across the organization to develop and evolve ServiceNow’s ES processes and procedures
  • Analyze reported data to proactively identify trends, anomalies and opportunities for improvement
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and visualizations to generate insights and deliver information directly to business stakeholders.
  • Support supply chain program with keeping contact list up to data, managing webinars and training and collating performance information to report against SBTi
  • Stay current on regional trends and evolving regulations and protocols
  • Work closely with third party vendors to specify, oversee, and ensure quality deliverables.
  • Onboard suppliers and ensure timely payment to support meeting our corporate ES targets and goals (e.g., 100% renewable electricity)

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you have:

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent in a sustainability-related area: Environmental Science, Sustainable Development or similar
  • 5+ years of experience within a relatable position of influence. A proven track record in sustainability in a global corporate environment, or management consulting firm.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Knowledge of ESG standards and methodologies, such as GRESB, SASB, GRI, and similar preferred
  • Advanced proficiency with Excel preferred
  • Ability to deliver on time to a consistently high standard
  • A passion for sustainability topics
