Your responsibilities

• Contact person for internal and external shareholder, liquidity management, planning and execution of milestone payments, monitoring of projects during development and construction;
• Guidance and coordination of external advisors and subcontractors;
• Consideration of projects in the acquisition phase, supporting the respective investment team with a lifecycle perspective of the asset/set up of Asset management statements for the investment process;
• Organizing & managing of guarantee inspection, technical acceptance test and Due Diligence-process;
• Management of complex insurance and warranty topics;
• Overall responsibilities in the management of funds;
• Analysis of commercial and technical asset performance;
• Directorship of SPVs.

Your qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters Degree (eg. industrial engineering, technical discipline or renewable energies);
• Minimum of 3-5 years of working experiences;
• Professional experience in project management, asset management, operations management, ideally in the European region;
• Professional expertise in renewable energy projects;
• Professional expertise in fund management;
• Highly interested in technical and commercial aspects of a renewable energy transaction (Wind, PV, Energy Storage);
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to proactively navigate organizations and work independently and collaboratively within and across teams, as well as markets and regions;
• Elevated partnership culture with solution oriented, structured attitude combined with strong social, business as well as verbal and written communication skills in English are required, any additional language would be an advantage;
• Proficient in MS Office, especially in Excel;
• Very good German skills and good English skills.
