To reinforce the Innovation team, Cefic is looking for a (m/f/d): Bioeconomy Manager.
Reporting to the Executive Director Innovation, the Bioeconomy Manager will help organize and manage Cefic´s activities in the field of the bioeconomy, biotechnology and Biomass derived chemicals. Current key priorities focus on the contribution of biomass derived chemicals to the transition of the chemical industry towards a climate neutral, circular and overall sustainable industry as devised in the EU Green Deal. In addition, this role will focus on industrial Biotechnology as a key enabler for the chemical industry as whole.
In this role you will contribute to create the conditions for the biomass derived chemistry for an increased growth in the chemical industry using your expertise on Biotechnology to making Cefic an stakeholder in this space.
