As a Project Manager, you will lead strategically important projects for our customers, primarily in industrial development and product development within the renewable energy industry. You will be responsible for leading project groups, and for managing technical decisions, times, budget within projects and drive cost savings. The Project Manager role includes handling requirements, risk analysis, definition and coordination. You may also need to establish project-, test- and evaluation plans.

WHO ARE YOU?

We believe that you are an independent and experienced assignment leader who can drive projects towards high goals, from start to implementation. You have worked for a couple of years with project management, preferably in the renewable energy industry, and are an open, down-to-earth person. You easily absorb and understand new information, are used to searching for information and are not afraid to maintain contact with various stakeholders.

To be successful in this role, you should be structured, analytical and thrive in a multicultural working environment. You are collaborative with a high level of service and have a burning interest in technology. You enjoy working in cross-functional organizations, are focused and have a positive attitude.

Qualifications:

• B.Sc. in engineering (mechanical or electrical), or higher education level;
• At least three years' practical experience of project management;
• Execution of projects according to defined requirements (time, budget, deliverables);
• Good understanding of quality management;
• Good communication skills in English, both spoken and written;
• Danish speaking and writing is a plus but not mandatory.

Meritorious:

• Relevant Project Management certification (for example IPMA B/C, PMP, Prince2);
• Experience with wind turbine product development is advantageous;
• Knowledge of technical risk management;
• Experience with ERP systems is advantageous;
• Experience of agile working methods.
