As the Marketing and Communications Manager, you will be at the forefront of our marketing efforts, executing our comprehensive marketing and communications strategies to elevate our brand presence and drive engagement with our stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing and communications strategies that align with Advent’s business objectives and target various stakeholders, including customers, investors, and the clean energy community;
- Assist in the creation and dissemination of engaging marketing content across various channels, including social media, newsletters, press releases, and website updates;
- Oversee market research activities, gathering valuable insights and data to inform marketing campaigns and initiatives;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand representation across all marketing materials;
- Manage and optimize paid social media ads, maximizing reach and engagement to enhance brand visibility;
- Track and analyze the performance of marketing and communications efforts, providing regular reports and data-driven recommendations for improvement;
- Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, industry partners, and key stakeholders to enhance the company’s visibility and reputation;
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in marketing and communications to drive innovation and effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Master’s degree will be appreciated;
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing and communications, with a strong focus on clean energy or related industries;
- Proven experience in market research, content creation, and executing successful marketing campaigns;
- Excellent command of English, both written and verbal, with exceptional copywriting and communication skills;
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and lead cross-functional teams;
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset to measure and optimize marketing efforts;
- Creative thinker with a passion for clean energy and sustainability;
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously;
- Experience with event planning and logistics coordination is a plus.
