Job Description

LDK Consultants seeks to recruit an Energy Efficiency Expert in buildings for a position in its Athens office, its main duties being:

• Assist the Energy Efficiency team in delivering high-profile technical assistance projects
• Assist the Energy Efficiency team in conducting energy audits or energy studies in buildings (different typologies)
• Contribute to the preparation of offers, reports, market research & data analysis

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical, civil, architecture) or similar qualification
• Post-graduate degree in a relevant field will be considered an asset
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
• Good knowledge of the European and national framework/legislation regarding Energy Efficiency in buildings
• Good knowledge of building physics (building envelope)
• Good knowledge of the HVAC systems design and operation
• Experience with building dynamic simulation tools will be considered an asset
• Advanced use of MS Office
• Full working proficiency in English
