Your tasks

• Accountable for delivering the desired quality of decisions and ultimate outcome in the most cost-effective way across all aspects of the Asset Operation;
• Accountability for Operationalizing all the Neptun Asset’s Digital systems (Digital Twins, SAP, ePermit to work etc.);
• Define Digital innovation areas that can create values/reduce risk in the Operational phase;
• Ensure that Operational Governance is efficient & effective throughout the entire Operational phase in order to deliver the intended outcomes. Deliver a lean and fit-for-purpose Governance landscape including meetings, reporting and continued organizational learning;
• Provide in-depth knowledge on Operational Performance for future Asset Management set-up;
• Take responsibility for preparing the Operational Management framework implementation;
• Take responsibility for continued improvements of the Digital Systems in the Operational phase in close cooperation with OMVP IT. This includes life-cycle analysis and performance KPIs/service cost considerations.

Your profile

• Master’s degree: Engineering or Technical/Science; PMP Certification - (Project Management Professional);
• Relevant professional experience: > 12 years;
• Senior Management Experience across Upstream;
• High level of technical experience;
• Extensive experience: in Implementation of Upstream Digital Systems; in defining business cases for upstream opportunities/projects;
• Experienced in stakeholder management across both technical & executive aspects;
• Excellent understanding of the Upstream business (exploration, development, production, operations, projects) environment and the involved technical disciplines; fundamental understanding of petroleum economics;
• Borad understanding of tools supporting Quality Decision making processes;
• Fluency in English.
