EUTurbines is the European association representing the interests of the gas and steam turbine industry. It advocates an economic and legislative environment for European turbine manufacturers to develop and grow R&I and manufacturing in Europe and it promotes the role of turbine-based power generation in a European and global energy mix. EUTurbines is legally part of VDMA e.V.

You are up for the challenge ...

  • Analyse legislative proposals, draft position papers and brief members;
  • Represent the industry at policy-related meetings or events and advocate the positions;
  • Grow and maintain a network in European energy politics;
  • Ensure to keep track of all relevant topics;
  • Closely work with EUTurbines members and manage working groups.

... with dedication and know-how

  • University degree in European politics, engineering or similar qualification;
  • Proven experience (more than internships) in working with or within EU institutions;
  • Good knowledge of European energy and climate policies;
  • Capability to understand technical subjects;
  • Strong communication and project management skills;
  • Self-starter, can-do attitude;
  • Very high proficiency of English - knowledge of German would be an asset.
