Mission
As an Energy Engineering Commercial Management Director at RINA Consulting S.p.A., your mission is to lead the strategic market analysis and identify business opportunities in the assigned market. You will drive high-level commercial strategies to achieve order intake targets by collaborating with Business Development Managers and influencing the company's regional commercial strategy. Your role will involve anticipating market trends, ensuring the company's competitive positioning, and prioritizing high-value opportunities to drive sustainable growth and profitability.
Key Accountabilities
- Strategic Market Leadership:
- Define and lead the strategic approach for analyzing the assigned market, ensuring the company is well-positioned for success.
- Opportunity Prioritization:
- Evaluate and prioritize high-value opportunities, providing strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Facilitate cross-selling opportunities, collaborate with Business Development Managers, and align market strategies with regional and global objectives.
- Order Intake Accountability:
- Drive focus on key opportunities, represent the company in customer interactions, and maximize margins while ensuring sustainable cash flow.
- Market Intelligence and Strategy:
- Oversee the preparation of market intelligence reports, translate data into recommendations, and influence regional commercial goals.
Education
- Master’s Degree in Business Administration Finance Management.

- +10 years of experience in strategic market analysis, business development, or senior commercial roles.
- Proven success in influencing high-level commercial strategy and driving market-focused initiatives.
- Extensive background in managing strategic market decisions across multiple regions or segments.
- Expertise in evaluating market opportunities, risk assessment, and competitive analysis.
