In Distributed Energy Management, we focus on local renewable generation and its impact on Utilities, driven by the energy transition. Our strategy includes expanding transformer production with SF6-free technology, helping Utilities digitalize with Brightlayer, supporting Utility-scale solar parks with xSolair power stations, and introducing variable speed drives to water and wastewater utilities in EMEA. We are confident this approach will drive revenue growth to $0.33 billion by 2026.
For our Distributed Energy Management segment Sales team in Germany, we are looking for an Energy Transition Sales Manager (m/f/d) with the following responsibilities:
What you’ll do:
- Accelerate our energy transition sales and strategy for Germany leading the energy transition sales team & spearheading our exciting growth framework across base business but with primary focus on new business areas and go-to-market routes;
- Implement & passionately drive the Growth Framework strategy;
- Lead and develop your high-performing team based on our Eaton Leadership Model;
- Define and implement our system integrator partner program;
- Open up new customer types such as end-users, real estate and fleet operators;
- Collaborate with the BU and segment teams and with our central sales organization in order to leverage on existing customers and get helped to grow the opportunities pipeline;
- Leverage marketing led demand generation to secure sales;
- Create the value proposition, across product, service and software working with central teams to fill any product and compliance gaps;
- Proactively support development of NPI;
- Be a strong voice of Eaton internally & externally for energy transition;
- Be a passionate advocate of sales transformation by implementing in your team;
- Achieve profit plan.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or related field required; MBA and PMP Certification preferred;
- 5 to 10 years management experience combining extensive global operations, engineering and/or sales/marketing experience.
