Your challenge
The Hubject Services Division has a broad offering of products & services and a broad range of customers. Our flagship services include Plug&Charge, interoperability testing facilities, bespoke OEM solutions, technical consultancy, and delivery of public-funded eMobility research programmes. We’re looking for a Business Development manager - eMobility Services (all genders) ideally with a track record of successfully building relationships within the automotive industry, pitching solutions to B2B partners, and closing deals. The role will report to the divisional Director of Services.
Your Tasks
- Prospect and Generate Leads – Identify and reach out to potential new customers through networking and referrals to drive new business opportunities;
- Develop and Deliver High-Impact Sales Pitches – Create compelling sales presentations and pitches tailored to different audiences, delivering them confidently to prospects, partners, and stakeholders on a regular basis;
- Close High-Value Sales Deals – Develop and execute sales strategies to convert leads into customers, negotiating contracts to meet or exceed revenue targets;
- Manage and Grow Existing Accounts – Nurture long-term relationships with current partners, ensuring ongoing sales opportunities and upselling additional products or services;
- Track and Report Sales Performance – Monitor sales progress against targets, and adjust strategies to maximise revenue generation.
Your Profile
- eMobility know-how, passion, and a desire to drive the industry forward;
- You have a strong track record of closing deals of €100-500k ideally;
- You enjoy getting in front of customers and presenting offers that have a technical nature to them;
- You’re a great communicator;
- Excellent network and stakeholder management skills;
- You have an existing network of OEM relationships;
- Minimum of 5 years sales experience.
