Your mission at Phlair

Together with our Head of Projects you will work on the execution of Project Dawn, our flagship initiative to build large-scale Direct Air Capture (DAC) facilities. If you obsess about delivering projects on time and keeping track of details while maintaining a holistic view of project goals, you’re great for this role and you’ll enjoy the journey ahead!

• Ensure project delivery within scope, time, and budget while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality;
• Manage and communicate to stakeholders to make priorities clear and motivate people to give 200%;
• Preparing and reviewing technical reports, progress updates, and project documentation;
• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.

What you’ll need

Hard skills that are necessary

• You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Process, Civil or related field);
• You have at least 3 years of experience in the industry and with large projects (EPCs, chemical industry, or related);
• You bring experience with engineering and construction workflows and an understanding of project lifecycles;
• You are proficient with process flow diagrams (PFDs) and piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs).

Soft skills that are necessary

• You have a results-driven mindset, with a passion for delivering projects on time;
• You posses excellent organizational and multitasking skills;
• You see yourself as a hands-on professional who can maintain a high-level overview while diving into the nitty-gritty details across engineering and construction teams.

Great to have, but optional

• Familiarity with tools for risk assessment and analysis (e.g., FMEA, HAZOP);
• Basic knowledge of procurement processes and supplier management;
• Ability to review technical bids and ensure materials meet project requirements.
