Responsibilities of a Broker

• Call, call, and call - (cold) calling is 90% of the job;
• Build and maintain your own portfolio of clients;
• Talk to people all day — build relationships, pitch deals, and close;
• Close deals;
• Driving cross-selling opportunities: at AFS, we offer a range of renewable products that can be tailored to meet each client's specific needs;
• Oversee the post-deal process, including client onboarding, contract completion, and ensuring accurate CRM updates;
• Keep grinding until the deal is done. Then start again.
