Your role will encompass:

• Review planning documentation in respect of new projects as part of the due diligence and co-ordinate with planning consultants to discharge planning conditions and submit variations, where necessary.
• Analyse approved projects in order to gain a comprehensive understanding of all requirements received during the approval process.
• Provide assistance to the Head of Development Manager in the management of assigned projects.
• Assist the grid team with planning and land related issues in respect of grid connections assets.
• Supported by Grid Team, negotiate/manage Grid Share Agreement with other Operator/Developer
• Assist to develop and implement strategic plans for renewable energy project development.
• Assist in the identification and evaluation of new business opportunities in the renewable energy sector.
• Interact with the Engineering and Legal departments in order to complete the project development tasks.
• Interact with local external developer.
• Explore new agreement with local developer.
• Manage an internal PD Team.

What you bring to the role:

• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science and Business Management or related fields.
• 5+ years working experience in the development projects.
• Good Knowledge of AUTOCAD.
• Strong Knowledge of Italian Regulatory in order to define best permitting procedures fitted project by project.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Italian and English knowledge is required.
• Ability to travel as needed for project development and Public Authorities meeting.
• Excellent relationship skill.
