In this role, you will play a key part in leading strategic transformation programs focused on operational excellence, cost optimization, innovation, and new business growth. You’ll drive high-impact projects across the organization—ensuring structured planning, execution, and stakeholder alignment with the company’s strategic goals.

Your role will encompass:

• Leading end-to-end project planning and execution, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
• Coordinating stakeholder engagement across business units and senior leadership to align transformation efforts.
• Designing and implementing governance frameworks for project accountability and decision-making.
• Managing change initiatives to ensure adoption of new systems, processes, and behaviors.
• Identifying and mitigating project risks, dependencies, and blockers across projects.
• Conducting structured problem-solving and analysis to develop actionable, high-impact solutions.
• Monitoring performance metrics and incorporating lessons learned into continuous improvement cycles.

What you bring to the role:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience managing complex projects from initiation to completion.
• Proven track record in transformation, operational excellence, and cross-functional program delivery.
• Experience in strategy consulting or strategy roles is a strong plus.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills at all levels of the organization.
• Comfort navigating fast-paced, dynamic environments with evolving priorities.
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with business process improvement methodologies is a plus.
