About the Role:

To accelerate our growth in Germany, we’re looking for a Partner Manager (m/f/d) to strengthen our collaboration with marketing and product partners—focusing on customers in the EV & solar space, driving referral programs, and expanding our B2B and B2B2C partnerships.

What You’ll Do:

  • Strengthen and expand existing partnerships while scouting for new collaborations to grow high-value customers;
  • Develop and execute referral programs to drive customer growth and engagement;
  • Work closely with marketing & product partners to create innovative joint campaigns;
  • Support the growth of Virtual Power Plants (VPP) through strategic partnerships;
  • Focus on customer lifetime value (CLV)—ensuring long-term success for our customers and partners;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align partnership goals with business objectives.

Ideal Profile:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in partner marketing, strategic partnerships, or business development—ideally in the energy sector;
  • A strong network in the EV, solar, or broader energy industry;
  • Proven track record in B2B and B2B2C partnerships;
  • A data-driven mindset with a focus on customer engagement & lifetime value;
  • Entrepreneurial spirit—ready to take ownership and drive growth in a dynamic environment;
  • Excellent communication skills in German & English.
