Your Responsibilities:

  • Act as the Key Liaison between the provider’s procurement and Business Unit functions, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration;
  • Ensure compliance with principles and regulations, including KYC and Compliance, to uphold our ethical standards;
  • Lead tender processes for the supply of services, including the Development/Construction Manager and Technical/Commercial Manager, ensuring competitive and fair selection;
  • Define Contractual Requirements and Guidelines in collaboration with other functions to align with our Supply Chain and Sustainability Goals;
  • Oversee the implementation of Procurement Procedures to maintain efficiency and compliance;
  • Draft and refine Contractual Templates and Best Practices to streamline procurement processes;
  • Develop and maintain a robust White List, Supplier Validation, and Supplier Rating system to ensure top-tier partnerships;
  • Stay ahead of market trends and price levels to make informed procurement decisions.

Your Qualifications:

  • Degree in Engineering, Business, Law, or a related field with strong skills in procurement and supplier management;
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related field within the Renewable Energy sector;
  • Deep understanding of procurement processes, compliance regulations, and market dynamics;
  • Exceptional analytical skills, with experience in supplier validation, risk assessment, and developing procurement strategies;
  • Strong communication skills, including negotiation and stakeholder management;
  • Entrepreneurial spirit to challenge conventional approaches and explore innovative solutions.
