Mission

A Junior Sustainability Consultant in the field of sustainability and circularity assessment typically plays a supporting role in various activities related to environmental and social responsibility.

Key Accountabilities

  • Sustainability and Circularity Assessment:
    • Assist in conducting assessments to evaluate the environmental, social, and economic impacts of products, processes, or systems;
    • Contribute to the analysis of sustainability and circularity aspects and identify potential areas for improvement.
  • Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) Modeling:
    • Support the development and implementation of Life Cycle Assessment models under the guidance of senior consultants;
    • Assist in collecting and analyzing data relevant to LCA models.
  • Preparation of Written Documents:
    • Contribute to the preparation of technical reports on sustainability-related topics, including Life Cycle Assessment (LCA), Life Cycle Costing (LCC), Social Life Cycle Assessment (S-LCA), and Greenhouse Gas (GHG) emissions;
    • Assist in compiling comprehensive and well-documented reports based on guidelines provided by senior consultants.
  • Part of Sustainability Report:
    • Collaborate with team members to provide data and insights for the development of overall sustainability reports;
    • Support the coordination and integration of sustainability information into larger reports.
  • Calculations and Data Analysis:
    • Perform calculations related to environmental, economic, and social metrics under the guidance of senior consultants;
    • Assist in the analysis of data to derive meaningful insights and trends.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Participate in engagements with internal and external stakeholders to gather information and contribute to stakeholder communications;
    • Support the development of communication materials related to sustainability initiatives.
  • Compliance and Standards:
    • Stay informed about relevant sustainability standards, regulations, and certifications;
    • Ensure that assessments and reports align with established industry standards.
  • Learning and Development:
    • Actively engage in learning opportunities to enhance knowledge of sustainability principles, methodologies, and tools;
    • Seek guidance from senior consultants to build expertise in the field.
  • Assistance in Continuous Improvement:
    • Assist in identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in sustainability practices;
    • Contribute ideas and suggestions to enhance sustainability performance within the organization.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with team members;
    • Provide regular updates on progress and raise any issues or challenges encountered.

Education

  • Master’s Degree in Engineering General.
