Your Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for the implementation of the project, considering cost development, contractual conditions (standards, regulations), scheduling, quality concerns, and internal company regulations;
• Project planning and control in coordination with the commercial project management and project team;
• Managing customer relationships, correspondence, and negotiations;
• Defining guidelines and monitoring claim and risk management;
• Ongoing reporting and preparation of internal and external reports together with the commercial project manager;
• Leading, coordinating, and motivating the project team in close collaboration with specialist departments;
• Coordinating procurement in cooperation with purchasing management and engineers;
• Ensuring compliance with HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) regulations in collaboration with the HSE Manager;
• Interface management at the individual project level, including coordination of project tasks and clear delineation of responsibilities between disciplines;
• Project completion, documentation of lessons learned, and handover to the service organization.

Your Profile

• Completed technical education (HTL, TU/FH, e.g., in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering);
• Several years of relevant project management experience in international plant engineering;
• Experience in claim and contract management;
• Solid commercial understanding;
• Excellent English skills;
• Proficiency in scheduling tools such as MS Project or Primavera;
• High resilience and sense of responsibility;
• Independent, structured, and meticulous working style;
• Strong communication skills, team spirit, and willingness to travel worldwide.
