You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:

  • Leading the selection, implementation, and integration of a Virtual Power Plant (VPP) platform with other systems;
  • Establishing and managing a commercial dispatch team to ensure 24/7 VPP operations;
  • Overseeing centralized control of active power output and other primary parameters of all company - operated generation and storage assets, in compliance with established technical and organizational standards;
  • Ensuring optimal execution of the company's pre-agreed commercial obligations - power, energy, and service delivery schedules;
  • Monitoring and ensuring compliance with technical parameters of generation assets as required for commercial activity in power generation, storage, and service provision;
  • Analysing operational data and reports to identify trends, anomalies, or deviations from standard parameters, procedures, or equipment availability;
  • Collaborating with the TSO and energy trading entities to ensure proper execution of generation and service delivery schedules and market requirements.

Required for this position:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in energy, engineering, or related sciences;
  • Work experience with VPP;
  • Experience in production or industrial companies (experience in energy sector operations is a strong advantage);
  • Background in engineering operations, maintenance or exploitation, energy trading, power supply management, operational grid control, or balance responsibility;
  • Keen interest in the latest energy technologies and innovations and understanding of the energy sector’s operational principles and trends;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English;
  • Strong interpersonal, public speaking, and collaboration skills; initiative-driven and results-oriented with impeccable professional integrity.
