Your responsibilities

• Building and leading a team of professionals in wind project development;
• Strategic alignment and support of the team throughout the entire value chain of wind project development;
• Monitoring project development, including identification and securing of land, planning and approval;
• Ensuring compliance with legal regulations and company policies in project development strategies;
• Coordination of internal departments and external stakeholders, such as landowners, municipalities, and authorities;
• Supporting acquisition managers in land securing and other contract negotiations;
• Representing the company to politics, authorities, landowners, tenants, and local communities;
• Developing and implementing effective strategies for the acquisition and development of wind projects;
• Monitoring project progress and adjusting measures to achieve goals.

Your profile

• A technical college and/or university degree in a relevant field such as geography, urban planning, business administration, or engineering;
• Vocational training with relevant experience in the wind energy sector;
• Extensive experience in the renewable energy sector, preferably in wind energy;
• Preferably leadership experience with the ability to lead and inspire a team;
• Strong organizational and project management skills;
• Strong team player with a collaborative mindset;
• High level of initiative, resilience, and entrepreneurial spirit;
• Excellent communication skills in German;
• Good English skills.
