How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
- The absorption based Carbon Capture technologies to be implemented will comprise physical and chemical wash solutions. These often need to be combined with a broad selection of syngas production and conditioning, methanol synthesis and other gas cleaning technologies from Air Liquide's portfolio;
- In the context of the energy transition CO2 capture from point emissions as well as acid gas removal from waste/biomass gasification streams is of the essence and must be integrated in today's low-carbon power, hydrogen, ammonia, synfuel and methanol projects development;
- You actively support development of process solutions for proposals, IP & product development, conceptual design, technical planning closely with your peers in Air Liquide, our customers and suppliers.
Are you a match?
- Successful studies (Bachelor/Master/PhD) in the field of natural sciences, engineering, process engineering, mechanics or chemistry;
- First experience in gas cleaning technologies and design of chemical plants recommended;
- Familiar with process simulation tools, preferably Aspen Plus;
- Fluent written and spoken English;
- Committed personality with good communication skills and the right mix of team spirit and a structured way of working;
- Willingness to travel internationally.
As Process Engineer Carbon Capture you will support the design, development and implementation of CO2 capture plants for customers around the world.
