(Senior) Business Manager

What will be your missions and responsibilities?
Reporting to the Agency Director, your goal will be to develop our services in France as well as internationally.
Your role will involve consulting missions in the energy sector and in unit project construction.
As the guarantor of your Business Unit’s development, you will be responsible for business development and responding to clients’ demands for technical services.
Your missions:
Business Development
- Commercial prospecting and building a client portfolio;
- Selling technical services in France and internationally;
- Negotiating sales contracts;
- Maintaining commercial relationships and client loyalty;
- Participating in the company’s commercial strategy;
- Achieving sales targets;
- Recruitment and Management of Technical Consultants.
Searching for candidates
- Conducting telephone and in-person interviews;
- Salary negotiations;
- Leading and motivating your team of consultants;
- Ensuring career follow-up and skills development of employees;
- Ensuring the satisfaction and retention of consultants on assignment.
Management of your Business Unit (team of consultants assigned to clients)
- Administrative and financial follow-up of your Business Unit;
- Meeting commercial margin targets;
- Monitoring consultant and client contracts.
What profile and skills are required for this position as (Senior) Business Manager?
- You hold a Master’s degree (Bac +5) from an engineering school or a business school?
- You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position;
- You have a hunter mindset and enjoy identifying new business opportunities;
- You have at least a professional level of English?
