Aither, a leading Swiss company specializing in environmental solutions, is looking for a dynamic and results-driven professional to join our Environmental Commodities Sales Team. This is your chance to thrive in a fast-paced, high-impact environment where strategic sales and client relationships drive compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage potential clients interested in environmental market solutions;
  • Develop and execute tailored sales strategies to meet client needs;
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships, ensuring client satisfaction;
  • Provide market insights and pricing strategies to support sales initiatives;
  • Negotiate and close deals, delivering value-driven solutions to clients;
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to streamline sales processes;
  • Stay informed on industry developments, regulations, and emerging opportunities.

Key Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in finance, economics, or a related field;
  • 1–3 years of experience in commercial sales, preferably in B2B markets;
  • Strong understanding or willingness to learn about environmental markets, regulations, and participants;
  • Proven track record in sales with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities;
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal;
  • Ability to present complex concepts in a clear and compelling way;
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and trends;
  • Comfortable working in a multicultural environment;
  • Proficient in English and excellent level proficiency in French or Germany;
  • Available to relocate to Switzerland or Italy.
