Aither, a leading Swiss company specializing in environmental solutions, is looking for a dynamic and results-driven professional to join our Environmental Commodities Sales Team. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential clients interested in environmental market solutions;
- Develop and execute tailored sales strategies to meet client needs;
- Build and nurture long-term relationships, ensuring client satisfaction;
- Provide market insights and pricing strategies to support sales initiatives;
- Negotiate and close deals, delivering value-driven solutions to clients;
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to streamline sales processes;
- Stay informed on industry developments, regulations, and emerging opportunities.
Key Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in finance, economics, or a related field;
- 1–3 years of experience in commercial sales, preferably in B2B markets;
- Strong understanding or willingness to learn about environmental markets, regulations, and participants;
- Proven track record in sales with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal;
- Ability to present complex concepts in a clear and compelling way;
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and trends;
- Comfortable working in a multicultural environment;
- Proficient in English and excellent level proficiency in French or Germany;
- Available to relocate to Switzerland or Italy.
