Job Description:

We are seeking an Energy Originator to join our M Renewables team in Romania.

As Energy Originator you will contribute to the development of Metlen's client portfolio and the origination and negotation of revenue contracts for the company's solar and BESS portfolio.

Your role will encompass:

• Maintain knowledge of the PPA market in active markets, including PPA providers, competitor activity, market prices and available products/structures;
• Explore market and promote new products;
• Assist in preparing materials for corporate PPA tenders and client dialogues;
• Support the company in assessing scenario analyses for the current and new pipeline of projects in Europe;
• Oversee and develop Customer Care Origination with a particular focus on the photovoltaic and BESS clusters, in line with strategic objectives defined by the group;
• Promote, negotiate and conclude long-term PPA contracts;
• Promote and contract structured products.

What you bring to the role:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Engineering or equivalent;
• Previous experience within energy business;
• English knowledge is required;
• Strategic, commercial and analytical skills;
• Ability to multitask and work with hands-on approach;
• Proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables and macros) and Power Paint;
• Programming knowledge in Python is considered a plus.
