As a Sales Engineer Energy, you will bridge the gap between technical expertise and sales by effectively communicating the value of N-SIDE’s products and services to customers. Your role will involve understanding each customer’s unique needs, driving successful sales outcomes, and fostering long-term relationships.

What you’ll do
- Drive revenue growth: Leverage deep technical knowledge of N-SIDE’s products and services to articulate their unique value, address customer objections, and close sales effectively;
- Lead the sales cycle: Take ownership of technical proposals, RFPs, and presentations, ensuring they align with customer needs and N-SIDE’s sales objectives. Actively participate in sales meetings to guide discussions and strengthen our offering. Develop go-to-market strategies to maximize market penetration and sales opportunities;
- Cultivate high-value customer relationships: Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with clients by becoming their trusted technical advisor. Proactively identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and long-term strategic partnerships that drive sustained revenue;
- Execute impactful sales demos: Deliver compelling solution demos and technical presentations that directly address customer pain points and showcase the tangible business value of N-SIDE’s solutions, leading to successful conversions;
- Collaborate for sales enablement: Work closely with product and marketing teams to ensure sales collateral is technically accurate and compelling. Provide critical market feedback and customer insights to inform product development and enhance our sales capabilities;
- Maintain a competitive edge: Continuously track industry trends, competitor offerings, and technological advancements to position N-SIDE’s products effectively and maintain a competitive advantage in sales efforts.
About you
- Master's degree in a relevant technical field (e.g., engineering, computer science) or equivalent experience;
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of T&D needs (System Operation, Market, Planning…) is essential;
- Minimum 3 years of experience;
- Experience in a commercial position (sales or technical sales role) is a plus;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences;
- Proven ability to build relationships, understand customer needs, and provide effective solutions;
- Ability to manage multiple topics in parallel, adapt to dynamic environments, and work autonomously with strong organization skills;
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales tools;
- Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed;
- Travel: 30%.
