Your role

• Organizes and coordinates production activity in the SAF/HVO, H2 installation.
• Coordinates and ensures the development of subordinate staff.
• Ensures and decides on the operation of installations within operating limits and in accordance with legal requirements.
• Daily checking of the status and degree of achieving the production plan, from a qualitative and quantitative point of view, depending on the requests formulated by the PMP office.
• Collaborates closely with PMP service, setting together the data for the daily schedule based on the information from the unit.
• Checks on a dally basis the operating parameters of the unit, the quality of the raw material and the products obtained.
• Is responsible for reducing and minimizing losses from the unit.
• Is responsible for the Integrated Management System (IMS) within the unit.
• Sets objectives and targets in line with energy policy and is directly responsible for their achievement.
• Applies the established measures to ensure compliance with legal duties as well as other applicable energy requirements.

Your profile

• University graduate with specialization in chemistry/petrochemistry.
• Minimum experience in refining processes: > 7 years.
• Knowing the technological processes in the refinery.
• Leadership experience: > 3 years.
• Leadership and execution skills.
• Basic knowledge of project management; certification is an advantage.
• Stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to make decisions in a complex and dynamic environment.
• Practical knowledge of SAP and IT.
• Good knowledge of English.
