About the position

Help shape the energy transition by leading large-scale photovoltaic construction projects from start to finish. Take ownership of timelines, budgets and safety while working with a skilled, multidisciplinary team in a dynamic and growing environment.

What you will do

• Lead photovoltaic construction projects, including grid connection infrastructure;
• Coordinate internal and external teams: engineers, site supervisors, subcontractors;
• Define and manage the detailed project schedule and milestones;
• Oversee permits, insurances and necessary documentation before work begins;
• Control deliveries, site compliance, and monitor on-site safety and quality;
• Track budgets, validate invoices and run regular construction meetings.

What you bring & who you are

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering;
• 5–7 years of experience managing construction projects, ideally in renewables;
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset;
• Committed to high standards in quality and safety;
• Effective communicator with a collaborative approach to teamwork;
• Fluency in German and English.
