Job Mission
As a Partner Manager, you’ll play a key role in optimising Tibber’s installation activities across markets & products. You will be responsible for Installer Partner quality, with key metrics such as installation lead times, CSAT, connected devices and margins. You’ll work data-driven, cross-functionally, and with a clear focus on both innovation and growth.
What you'll do
- Manage relationships with installer partners for all markets, facilitating weekly check-ins, monthly SLA meetings & escalation meetings to achieve operational excellence;
- Ensure partner performance & SLA compliance through frequent monitoring, timely escalations and intervention plans if required;
- Work closely with partners to plan and forecast installation capacity & evaluate these against Tibber’s goals;
- Drive partner onboarding, system integrations, installation workflows and downstream processes (customer support & finance tasks);
- Support internal and external reporting on installation operations and highlight areas for improvement based on trends or recurring issues, including re-visits, services and warranty cases;
- Establish and enforce quality assurance processes to ensure that electrical installations meet or exceed industry standards and client expectations. Conduct regular inspections and audits to monitor the quality of work.
What we're looking for

- Have at least 5 years' experience in a project management or commercial role in a technical industry, such as renewable energy, construction, telecommunications or a tech-startup;
- Are a self-starter that can work independently while at the same time collaborate within a team;
- Have a creative and collaborative approach to problem solving;
- Are organised and detail-oriented with a strategic mindset;
- Enjoy a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and can prioritise your focus areas with ease;
- Leverage business insights and reporting tools to make data-driven decisions;
