Summary:
Vector Renewables is seeking a Market & Revenues Manager to design, build, and lead a new internal team focused on market and economic analysis within the Technical Advisory area.

The successful candidate will act as both a strategic leader and hands-on expert, responsible for creating the team, defining its structure and competencies, and ensuring its collaboration with other departments.
This function will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between technical due diligence and commercial strategy, with a focus on PPA negotiation support, M&A financial advisory, and revenue optimization (“revenue stacking”) for storage and hybrid renewable projects.

- Develop analytical frameworks, methodologies, and tools to assess project economics and market exposure.
- Coordinate closely with other technical, financial, and market analysis teams to ensure integration and knowledge sharing.
Market and revenue modelling
- Build and maintain economic and revenue models for renewable generation and energy storage assets (stand-alone and co-located).
- Evaluate potential market revenues from energy sales, capacity markets, ancillary services, and other revenue streams.

Transactional and commercial support
- Provide expert input in Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) structuring, pricing, and negotiation.
- Support technical and financial due diligences in M&A, project finance, and refinancing processes.
- Contribute to asset valuation exercises and financial modelling, integrating technical performance and market assumptions.
Client interaction and business development
- Act as a senior advisor to investors, lenders, developers, and utilities.
- Collaborate in the preparation of proposals and the creation of new market-driven advisory services.
- Represent Vector Renewables in industry forums, reinforcing the company’s position as a leading integrated advisory partner in the energy transition.
