Job Mission
As a Key Account Manager at Tibber, you’ll step into a newly created role in a new business area, with the opportunity to make a real impact on our results.
You will play a key role in shaping and executing Tibber’s new partner-led channel strategy with wholesalers and installation partners in Germany. Working data driven and cross functionally, you will combine commercial ownership with long term account development to drive sales of Tibber’s battery and energy solutions.
What you'll do
- Own and grow key wholesaler and installer partner accounts in Germany;
- Drive partner-led sales by closing new distribution deals and expanding existing partnerships;
- Build strong, long-term relationships with both national and regional installation partners;
- Create partner pull through training, enablement and joint go-to-market initiatives;
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure partner success and scalable execution;
- Track performance using data and KPIs to drive continuous improvement;
- Represent Tibber in partner meetings, industry events and relevant forums.
What we're looking for
We’re looking for a commercially minded Key Account Manager who enjoys building strong partner relationships and growing business together with others. For this role to be a great match, we believe you:
- Have Experience closing B2B deals with wholesalers, distributors, or installer partners in the energy, EV charging, or related industries;
- Are comfortable owning revenue targets and growing key accounts;
- Likes to work cross-functionally and use data and insights to improve and scale what works;
- Enjoys being part of building something new, with curiosity to learn and shape new ways of working;
- Are fluent in German and English, both written and spoken;
- Are comfortable with some travel within Germany (around 20%, or one day per week on average).
