Key Account Manager DACH

Key Responsibilities Include
- Take full ownership of key accounts in the DACH region, driving sales growth while fostering long-term partnerships;
- Engage with clients to understand their business needs and sustainability goals, offering tailored solutions that align with their objectives;
- Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts, cross-selling and upselling relevant products and services to maximize revenue;
- Convert incoming leads into successful sales opportunities, leveraging inbound inquiries to drive new business;
- Serve as the primary point of contact, providing strategic guidance, addressing client inquiries, and ensuring consistent communication to build strong client relationships.
Specific Requirements
- A completed degree in Economics, Business Administration, Sustainability, or a related field;
- Proven experience in sales and customer service, with a strong track record of success;
- Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus;
- Ideally, experience in the renewable energy, climate change, or environmental compliance sectors;
- Existing experience and network within the DACH region;
- Ability to understand and meet client needs, with strong communication skills and the capacity to effectively influence decision-makers;
- A proactive, organized team player with a high level of responsibility and an entrepreneurial mindset;
- Proficiency in both German and English is essential.
