About the Role
As a Sales Marketer, you will help strengthen OTC Flow’s market presence by turning market insights into clear, engaging, and impactful marketing materials. In this role, you will work closely with our Sales Traders to create content that effectively communicates key market developments to clients and partners.
A key part of your role will also involve lead generation, identifying potential clients, supporting targeted campaigns, and helping engage and develop leads through CRM and digital marketing.
You will contribute to a variety of projects, from content creation and market insights to digital initiatives, always with the goal of helping clients and partners understand our products and the evolving landscape of environmental commodities.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead high-quality client acquisition efforts by identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential companies to introduce to the Sales Trading team.
- Develop targeted marketing campaigns including email sequences, digital outreach, and content-driven funnels to attract new prospects in environmental commodities markets.
- Translate complex trading, regulatory, and market concepts into clear, commercially relevant messages that resonate with potential clients.
- Collaborate closely with Sales Traders to understand deal flow, market opportunities, and client needs so marketing efforts directly support commercial goals.
- Produce impactful marketing materials such as market briefs, product explainers, and presentations that strengthen commercial conversations.
- Track and optimize engagement metrics to improve lead quality and enhance OTC Flow’s digital presence and client outreach.
- Conduct research on market and regulatory developments to identify opportunities and ensure marketing initiatives align with trading dynamics.
About You

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in B2B marketing, growth marketing, content marketing, or sales enablement.
- Strong writing, storytelling, and content structuring skills.
- Interest in sustainability, environmental commodities, energy markets, or trading.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms.
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and propose actionable insights.
- Excellent command of English; Dutch or other languages is a plus.
