We're looking for a Communications Officer: you will manage communications, dissemination, and project delivery for EU-funded projects and FEDARENE services. You will coordinate stakeholders, support members, and maximize the visibility and impact of our initiatives.

Your key responsibilities

• Implement communication strategies for EU projects and FEDARENE activities;
• Create content: articles, reports, publications, infographics, and videos;
• Manage websites, social media, and communication channels;
• Liaise with subcontractors (design, video, translation, venue services);
• Organise and facilitate workshops, webinars, conferences, and events;
• Represent FEDARENE at public events (speaking, moderating, networking);
• Manage project deliverables, reporting, and administrative/financial tasks;
• Maintain FEDARENE’s contact database with full GDPR compliance.

Your Profile

• Degree in communication, marketing, graphic design, or related field;
• 3+ years in communications, ideally in EU-funded projects (Horizon Europe, Interreg, LIFE…);
• Familiarity with EU institutions and sustainable energy/climate policies;
• Strong skills in MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite;
• Experience in content creation, social media, event organisation, and communication strategies;
• Excellent interpersonal, networking, and team collaboration skills;
• Fluency in English (C1+); additional EU languages a plus.
