We are looking for a Global Head of Cabron Capture (m/f/d) at our location in Raaba.
Your Tasks
Business Development & Market Strategy
- Identify global business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships to strengthen the market position of ANDRITZ carbon capture technologies;
- Expand and globalize the business organization with focus regions in Europe, North and South America;
- Monitor worldwide market trends, regulatory developments, and industry drivers, adjusting strategy as needed;
- Drive overall product visibility through coordinated marketing activities.
Sales, Order Intake & Customer Relations
- Secure international CO₂ capture projects and manage the end‑to‑end sales process;
- Build and nurture long‑term customer relationships, understanding business models and decision-making processes;
- Develop and lead a global sales network aligned with the growth strategy;
- Negotiate and close contracts for large EPC‑scale carbon capture projects.
P&L, Strategy & Organizational Performance
- Hold full P&L responsibility for the Carbon Capture product group;
- Set financial targets and implement measures to drive profitability and sustainable business growth;
- Utilize the global ANDRITZ network to optimize procurement and engineering processes.
Project Execution & Leadership
- Oversee international project execution, including engineering coordination across global hubs (HQ, India, China, etc.);
- Apply expertise in managing and delivering large international EPC projects;
- Lead and mentor cross‑functional, multicultural teams to foster innovation and high performance;
- Ensure full compliance with international regulations and policies relevant to CO₂ capture technologies.
Your Profile
- University degree in Engineering, Process Technology, Environmental Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field;
- Several years of experience in business development, international sales, or product management in an industrial or clean‑tech environment;
- Proven success in leading and closing complex international EPC projects and managing global stakeholders;
- Strong financial acumen with experience in P&L responsibility and strategic planning;
- Excellent understanding of global industrial markets, regulatory frameworks, and sustainability trends;
- Strong leadership skills, experienced in leading international cross‑functional teams;
- Strategic mindset with strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills;
- High willingness to travel and work across time zones; excellent English skills, additional languages beneficial.
