  • Market Intelligence: Gain a sophisticated understanding of how carbon finance serves as a catalyst for impactful, large-scale climate projects.
  • End-to-End Project Lifecycle: Master the technical, commercial, and regulatory complexities of setting up and operating global carbon assets.
  • Global Collaboration: Work within a truly international context, collaborating with expert teams across the Anthesis network to deliver localized impact on a global scale.

Technical Competencies

  • Professional Experience: Up to 3 years of relevant experience in carbon markets or environmental project management.
  • Carbon Standards & Lifecycle: Foundational knowledge of international frameworks such as Verra (VCS) and Gold Standard. Experience with the PDD (Project Design Document) cycle - including validation, monitoring, and verification - is highly desirable.
  • Analytical Toolkit: Proven ability in GIS/Remote Sensing and data analytics.
  • Quantitative Rigor: Strong proficiency in statistics and "number crunching" to support carbon potential assessments.
  • Social Impact: A genuine interest in stakeholder engagement and the socio-economic dimensions of climate projects.
