Your tasks

  • Ensuring the elaboration of the documents needed in order to obtain the environmental Permits, according to the law and ensuring the interface between the refinery and environmental agencies;
  • Providing the implementation of legal and other applicable requirements (authorizations, environmental programs/occupational safety/quality, measures resulted from controls, audits) and proposing measures for their compliance;
  • Verification of the measures achievement status contained in the environmental programs and in the control minutes;
  • Draws up and centralizes the technical documentation in order to obtain the environmental permits (IPPC and Water Permit, CO2 emissions permit, CO2 Monitoring and Reporting Plan);
  • Ensuring the implementation of the IMS system provisions (Petrom policy, directives, standards of the Refining Division, manuals, decisions, procedures, guides, regulations, instructions, applicable external documents);
  • Ensures the elaboration of the annual CO2 Reporting Plan;
  • Participates at the environmental authorities controls, and accompanies the environmental authorities representatives in field inspections;
  • Participates at audits to verify the compliance with the IPPC Permit and CO2 Monitoring and Reporting Plan and accompanies the auditors in the field;
  • Registers in Synergi program the environmental authorities controls with the afferent measures and follows up their compliance;
  • Works in cooperation with chief of departments/units to support the successful completion of environmental audits and inspections in Petrobrazi.

Your profile

  • Master (Technical) Degree;
  • Relevant professional experience: more than 12 years, with min. 10 years in refinery field;
  • Experience in management activity: min 5 years;
  • Medium level of English knowledge;
  • Graduating of environmental legislation and management courses;
  • Studies on environmental system management;
  • Solid knowledge of national and international legislation in the HSSE field;
  • Good understanding of standards and best practices in the refinery;
  • Communication skills and team work.
