Job Description:

We are looking for a Global Head of Asset Rotation to lead the execution of METLEN’s renewable energy divestment strategy, combining senior deal‑making responsibility with the build‑out of a global Sell‑Side M&A function.

By joining this role, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering asset rotation and capital recycling objectives, acting both as a senior transaction leader and as the architect of a scalable, international operating model.

Your role will encompass:

  • Lead and execute the global asset rotation strategy in line with corporate objectives and capital recycling targets;
  • Design and implement the global target operating model (hub‑and‑spoke), including governance, processes, and reporting lines;
  • Directly lead and execute priority sell‑side transactions during the build‑out phase, acting as deal lead and managing external advisors and internal stakeholders;
  • Drive investor engagement, due diligence, negotiations, and transaction structuring to maximize valuation and competitive tension;
  • Oversee and guide regional asset rotation teams, ensuring consistent execution quality, governance, and knowledge sharing across geographies;
  • Ensure close cross‑functional alignment with EPC, Development, Finance, Legal, Strategy, and Investment Committees throughout the transaction lifecycle.

What you bring to the role:

  • 10+ years of experience in senior M&A, asset rotation, or project finance roles within renewable energy or infrastructure;
  • Proven track record of executing sell‑side transactions for large‑scale energy or infrastructure assets;
  • Strong understanding of and relationships with global infrastructure investors, utilities, sovereign wealth funds, and financial institutions;
  • Experience operating in both leadership and hands‑on execution roles, including building or scaling international teams and functions;
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA or Master’s degree is preferred;
  • Strong financial modelling, valuation expertise, and experience negotiating transaction documentation.
