Your Impact:

Analytics

  • Analyze client energy usage and cost patterns to model future scenarios.
  • Build detailed Excel models to simulate a range of renewable energy outcomes.
  • Participate in due diligence across project and transaction engagements.

Problem Solving

  • Develop and evaluate energy project options and innovative structures that meet stakeholder needs.
  • Synthesize large datasets to generate hypotheses and tailored solutions.
  • Contribute creative, client‑specific insights that support optimal decision‑making.

Communication

  • Understand and articulate client needs, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Prepare structured, logical storylines and high‑quality presentations.
  • Communicate complex concepts succinctly to support client decisions on energy resiliency.

Teamwork & Client Collaboration

  • Work collaboratively with EMA and client teams, both in person and virtually.
  • Engage with stakeholders at all levels - from project teams to C‑suite executives.
  • Foster a transparent, productive, and inclusive team environment.

Impact Orientation

  • Support change management and consensus-building processes.
  • Maintain a focus on what matters most to clients throughout project execution.
  • Help deliver successful implementation of renewable and energy resiliency solutions.

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with excellent academic results and with a demonstrated relevant initial experience.
  • Passion for sustainability, renewable energy, and the broader energy industry.
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical abilities.
  • Ability to learn quickly in areas where you may have limited prior experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to convey complex ideas simply.
  • Confidence working with diverse backgrounds and seniority levels.
  • High sense of ownership, self‑motivation, organization, and ability to manage tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrated creativity and problem‑solving capabilities.
  • A collaborative spirit - honest, curious, and fun!
  • Work is conducted primarily in English; additional European languages are a plus

Prior experience in one or more of the following is also a plus:

  • Renewables, cleantech, water resiliency or energy industries
  • Consulting, investment banking, PE/VC, project finance, economics, or engineering
  • Competitive electricity markets (wholesale and/or retail)
