KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Understand the operational side of environmental commodities trade processes;
• Engage with stakeholders across various business functions, acting as a key interface between Trading, Commercial, Back Office and Finance teams;
• Manage commercial logistics (contractual execution & regulatory deliveries incl. nominations and documentation) as well as cross-square transactions; ensuring that we stay compliant at all times;
• Support process improvements and optimizations across Trade Operations, and Tickets teams;
• Monitor our position and align closely with our Trader and Risk;
• Maintain and optimize data integrity across systems to support accurate and reliable business operations.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in the field of business, economics, finance, or similar with 2 – 5 years relevant work experience;
• Intermediate/advanced excel skills;
• Fluent German and English communication skills both written and verbal;
• Based in Hamburg with willingness & flexibility to travel occasionally to Amsterdam;
• You demonstrate a proactive, adaptable, and flexible approach, and you enjoy working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment;
