What will you do?

Project Development

• Manage project development from scratch to readiness for construction, obtaining necessary permits and authorizations;
• Coordinate with Legal and Engineering Departments, ensuring legal compliance and optimizing project layout;
• Create and control budgets, overseeing project costs and expenses;
• Review and supervise documentation for quality and adherence to specifications and budgets;
• Support construction, maintain communication with authorities, and handle stakeholder reporting.

Support the Land Acquisition Manager

• Coordinate with the Land Acquisition Manager during the research of suitable lands to develop photovoltaic or agrivoltaic projects in central and northern regions of Italy;
• Liaise and negotiate with land mediators and brokers;
• Lead negotiations involving land, services and interconnection agreements;
• Perform environmental and constrains screenings of the identified lands to confirm their feasibility for the development of the new initiatives;
• Coordinate with Compliance Department to run background checks on landowners and third parties.

What do we need?

• Engineering, BS in Law or Economics;
• At least 3 years of similar experience;
• High level of spoken and written English;
• Previous experience in a Power/Renewable Energies/PV developer company;
• Knowledge of the PV sector, regulations and policies in Italy.
